Delivery times STANDARD SHIPPING

- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product until we receive it to declare your right of withdrawal. Once requested, the product must arrive within 7 calendar days. If it arrives after this time, we will not refund your money.

1) Photo of the hang tag (MANDATORY REQUISITE) : To process your return, it's essential that you send us a clear photo of the product's hang tag. This ensures the item hasn't been used and complies with our return policies.
