Ordered delivery times

Delivery times STANDARD SHIPPING

  • National Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.
  • International shipping to Portugal : 2 to 4 business days.
  • International Shipping (Rest of the world): 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • National shipments: 24-48 hours.
  • Shipping to Portugal : 24-48 hours

PREMIUM delivery times 12h

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery by 12 noon the next day.

*Pickup time for all orders is 1:00 PM. If picked up after that time, an additional day will be counted.

IF YOU WOULD RECEIVE IT by choosing the PREMIUM 12h rate , if you are from mainland Spain, and you place your order on Thursday before 1:00 p.m. (if you have requested it at a later time, we recommend calling the store to see what we can do)

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product until we receive it to declare your right of withdrawal. Once requested, the product must arrive within 7 calendar days. If it arrives after this time, we will not refund your money.
